  • About Me

Author: JM Roxas

I am an agilist at heart and an author by accident. I've held many titles over the past years from software developer, chapter lead and scrum master. Most recent is agile coach. My view on agility is one that comes from having held different roles and responsibilities. My experiences as a team member, a team level facilitator, a manager and a coach all come together into my own perspective on agile and agility. My views on agility are further explained at my book The Agilist Field Guide. https://leanpub.com/theagilistfieldguide
